Beef slices, Gai lan (Chinese broccoli), satay paste, ginger, garlic, oil
Method:Boil the gai lam vegetables in hot water adding oil and salt, then place on plate.Make a satay paste mix using satay paste, water and cornstarch and set aside.In a heated wok add oil then add minced garlic and ginger, then add the beef, give it a quick stir fry, then immediately add the satay paste mix.Pour on top of vegetables. Complete!
TipsBuy good quality beef slices so that they are soft and tender, and has been flavour instead of low quality ones which require marinating with baking soda to tenderise the meat
